Can I upload a longer video?
The upload limit is 20 MB. If the source is longer than 15 seconds, only the first 15 seconds are processed. Trim and export the part you want before upload.
What image format is accepted?
The face reference must be PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB. A photo with one clear, unobstructed face is the most useful reference.
What happens if processing fails?
A confirmed failed job returns its reserved credits. If a provider response is uncertain, the same job remains reserved while its status is checked. Do not start a duplicate paid request.
