Using ReelFaceSwap

ReelFaceSwap processes short videos using Face swap or an optional Ultra AI remake. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use only videos and face images you own or have permission to process, including permission from the people depicted where required. Do not create unlawful, deceptive, harassing or non-consensual intimate content, impersonate others for fraud, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Results and limitations

Face swap changes the face while retaining the source footage. Ultra AI generates a new interpretation and may change identity, expressions, movement, timing and scenery. Results are not guaranteed to match a particular artistic expectation. Inputs are limited to the first 15 seconds. AI processing can take 10 minutes or more and may be rejected by the provider.

Keep original audio adds the source soundtrack to Ultra results; it does not generate new sound or guarantee lip synchronisation. If the result is longer than the source audio, the extra footage is silent.

Accounts and trial credits

Keep your account credentials private. Two trial credits are available subject to device/browser and IP-based abuse controls; shared networks may affect eligibility. Remaining eligible trial credits can transfer to an account without creating a second trial allowance. Credits are not transferable between users.

Credit prices and processing

Face swap uses 1 credit and Ultra AI uses 2 credits per video, up to 15 seconds. The selected package and total price are shown before checkout. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We reserve credits when a job starts, confirm their use when it succeeds and return them after a confirmed processing failure. If a provider response is uncertain, credits remain reserved while the same job is checked. Credit returns are not cash refunds.

Payments and consumer rights

Stripe processes payments. A checkout explicitly marked as test mode does not charge real money. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective services.

Availability and responsibility

Service availability depends on our processing infrastructure and external providers. Download completed results promptly; the service is not a permanent media archive. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every use. Any limits on responsibility do not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date. Contact info@ferai.sk about your account, an unresolved job or these terms. Include the job or transaction reference, but never your password or full card details.
