A few things to know
Do I need to keep this page open?
No. Once your swap is queued, processing continues in the background. Sign in or register while waiting to receive a private result link by email. Google confirms your address automatically; email accounts use a confirmation link. Signing in keeps the same job and does not charge again. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How long are my videos available?
Download your result within 7 days after processing. Job media is then removed during hourly cleanup. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours. Active jobs are kept until they finish; credit and payment records are retained separately.
What if my video has more than one person?
We check the processed clip before starting. If more than one person is found, choose a face from the previews and confirm. If only one person is found, no extra choice is needed. The face swap uses the selected person as a reference; similar faces, fast movement or occlusion can affect matching. Ultra AI still recreates the scene and may alter other details or people. No credits are reserved before this check and any required selection.
Face swap or Ultra AI?
Face swap replaces the face while retaining the source footage and audio. Ultra first swaps the face, then generates a new AI interpretation. It can change likeness, timing and scene details; you can keep the original audio or choose a silent output.
What content can I use?
Use only media you have the rights to edit, with the consent of every identifiable person for the intended edit. Non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated or face-swapped sexual impersonation), sexual content involving minors, harassment and fraudulent impersonation are prohibited in both modes. A public Instagram link is not permission. The service does not automatically verify a person's consent. Ultra AI also follows its provider's content rules and may reject inputs. Read the content rules and report misuse.
Can I try Ultra AI for free?
Yes — choose the free 5-second Ultra preview, sign in and confirm your email (or use a verified Google account). It uses the first 5 seconds of your source and creates a 5-second result without spending your RFS credits. One preview per verified account and device, subject to a shared daily limit. Full Ultra videos still cost 3 credits. If processing fails, you can try again while daily capacity remains; an uncertain job must be checked before another attempt.
When are credits used?
We reserve 1 credit for Face swap or 3 for Ultra when processing starts. A successful result confirms the charge. Failed processing returns the credits. An uncertain provider response stays reserved while we check the same job — never a duplicate paid request.
Will my video have sound?
Face swap keeps the original audio when the source video has an audio track. Ultra AI keeps the source audio when “Keep original audio” is enabled (default). Turn it off for a silent result. Speech may not match the AI lip movements. If the AI video is longer, the original audio fades out and the extra footage is silent. Sources without audio stay silent; no new sound is generated. The comparison previews here are muted.
Creative video editing, with permission

The website and server require an explicit declaration of media rights and consent before a new import, preparation or generation request. We keep the declaration version and time against the prepared job. This records what the submitting user confirms; it does not independently verify another person's consent.
ReelFaceSwap edits short videos using a face photo: standard Face swap replaces the face while keeping the source footage; Ultra AI creates a new interpretation that can change likeness, movement and scenery. It is for personal and creative edits using media you have the rights and the depicted people's consent to use.
Non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited in both modes. This includes AI-generated or face-swapped intimate depictions of a real person without their consent. Sexual content involving minors, harassment and fraudulent impersonation are also prohibited. A public video or photo is not permission to alter someone's likeness.
Google services have separate purposes. Google sign-in authenticates your account using your Google identity and verified email; it does not import your photos or videos. Google Analytics and optional ad measurement help evaluate visits and our own advertising. We use the Google Ads API to manage and report on our own campaigns, not to access customers' Ads accounts. Our video workflow uses our GPU infrastructure and, for Ultra AI, a separate video provider; it does not use Google APIs to generate face swaps or AI videos.
